The Strawberry Poison Dart Frog is a small, but deadly Amphibian. The Strawberry Poison Dart Frog lives in Central America. The Strawberry frog doesn't make it's own poison. Instead, it eats insects like ants and other insects that are poisonous which it then secretes the poison out of it's skin. With most poisonous animals, only one part of the animal is poisonous. With the Strawberry Frog, the back of the frog is poisonous.
These native people of Central America have used the Strawberry Frog for thousands of years. They use the frogs for their poisoned darts. First, they captured the Frogs (very carefully). Then they take a dart and rub it on the Frogs back. Then, they were ready to kill an animal.
